Attorney Ashley Dayhuff is a dedicated advocate for clients across Indiana, known for her strong work ethic, deep litigation experience, and exceptional commitment to communication. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Ashley brings more than two decades of hands-on legal experience to the clients she serves today. Ashley began her legal journey in 2003 with an internship that quickly turned into a role as a personal injury legal assistant while completing her undergraduate studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice and graduated as the psychology major with the highest academic achievement, receiving the prestigious Psychology Neel Award.
From 2008 to 2015, she worked as a personal injury paralegal, gaining extensive experience managing litigation files, preparing discovery, coordinating expert evidence, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation. These years gave her a rare, comprehensive understanding of how cases evolve from intake to settlement or verdict.
Ashley earned her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar the same year. She excelled academically in writing and oral advocacy, becoming a Moot Court barrister in 2012 and serving as a Deans Tutorial Society tutor for two years.
