Ned earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Early in his career, he clerked for the Honorable Michael S. Kanne of the United States District Court in Hammond, Indiana, where he participated in numerous trials and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy.
