Jeremy Fisk
Attorney
Jeremy spent roughly the first 15 years of his career as a deputy prosecutor. As the years passed, he began to feel more and more strongly that many of the people he was prosecuting were not necessarily bad people, but rather decent people in bad circumstances who needed help. As a result, Jeremy made the important decision to leave the prosecutor’s office and begin practicing criminal defense.
He now is able to use the courtroom skills he developed over the past two decades to help those people to resolve many of the problems that life throws at them. Since joining The Nice Law Firm, Jeremy now helps people in many different areas of the law, including family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and more.
Jeremy understands and appreciates the trust that his clients place in him and takes that responsibility very seriously. He truly cares about his clients and does everything he can in every case to get the best possible outcome for them.
Jeremy is a member of the Johnson County and Indiana State Bar Associations. He also served as a past president of the Johnson County Park Board and former vice president of the Franklin Police Merit Commission.
Outside of his law practice, Jeremy spends his time traveling, cooking, watching movies, listening to and playing music, and spending time with his family. He is a member of a band in which he plays harmonica, guitar, and mandolin.
