Judy joined the Nice Law Firm in 2022, after a longstanding career of 20+ years working in the banking industry. She spends each day fielding inbound calls to provide the highest level of service to each person with whom she interacts. Judy listens. She cares. And as any caller can confirm, there is always “a smile” in her voice.

Judy’s career started as a bank teller at a local bank, where her outstanding customer service and diligent work ethic caught the attention of her supervisors. Judy transitioned to the role of a Mortgage Processor and became adept at navigating complex loan documents and providing clients with needed support throughout the mortgage application process. Her keen analytical skills soon led her to the position of Loan Closer, where she ensured that all necessary paperwork was completed for clients to close their mortgage deals smoothly. She went on to become a Junior Underwriter and her skillset expanded further as she took on responsibilities in marketing and became the Office Manager, combining her love for teamwork with strategic organizational skills. Eventually, Judy became a Loan Office Assistant and then Team Lead, effectively managing her staff and coordinating a pipeline of more than 100 loans at any given time. Her dedication and performance led to her winning the Checkered Flag Award for highest productivity in her department, as well as being recognized with the We Care North Star Award, becoming the second person in her company’s history to achieve this distinction. 

In her spare time, Judy volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, where she helps to build homes for families in need. She also enjoys volunteering her time at several local shelters. Both causes bring Judy a strong sense of personal fulfillment because she is passionate about helping others. 

Judy is happily married to her high school sweetheart, David Silvers. They share three beautiful daughters together and a lively crew of six grandchildren. When not at work, you can likely find Judy on a local softball field, football field, or baseball field where she is watching one of her grandkids play sports, attending a band competition, or making memories at a family gathering.
