Tara Cragen

Tara Cragen is the Resident Attorney at the Nice Law Firm’s Martinsville office and also maintains an office at the Indianapolis location. Ms. Cragen earned her B.A. from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

While in law school, Ms. Cragen volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocated (CASA) to help represent the best interest of children and served as a board member of the Family Law Society.

Ms. Cragen concentrates her practice on the areas of Family and Criminal Law. She has represented clients in matters such as divorce, guardianship, CHINS, adoption, paternity, enforcement and enforcement defense, child support, relocation. custody and parenting time modifications, OWI, domestic violence and drug offenses.

Ms. Cragen has represented out-of-state clients with matters in Indiana. Aside from litigation, she also practices transactional law such as contract review, prenuptial agreements, wills and power of attorney.
